Tools of management of logistic systems of transport cargo
Abstract
В логистических системах стратегические и тактические решения по созданию и развитию логистической инфраструктуры, складированию, упаковке, переработке, транспортировке и управлению материальными запасами взаимосвязаны, что составляет основу системной логистической интеграции. Эффективное управление интегрированным логистическим процессом важно, как и создание инновационного товара. Системная логистическая интеграция использует методологию, которую называют инжиниринг или реинжиниринг логистических процессов. В данной статье рассматривается механизм использования логистического инжиниринга, как основы организационно-технологического процесса развития логистической деятельности.

In logistics systems, strategic and tactical decisions on the creation and development of logistics infrastructure, warehousing, packaging, processing, transportation and inventory management are interrelated, which forms the basis of system logistics integration. Effective management of integrated logistics processes, as well as the creation of an innovative product, is extremely important in the conditions of high economic risks. System logistic integration uses a methodology based on engineering or reengineering of logistic processes. This article discusses the mechanism for the use of logistics engineering, as the basis of the organizational and technological process of development of logistics activities.
