Abstract
В основе мотивации лежит принцип предоставления работникам возможностей для реализации личных целей за счет добросовестного отношения к труду. Мотивация на предприятии связана, прежде всего, с умелым сочетанием методов управления, формированием наиболее действенного стиля руководства. Она реализуется в процессе и формах найма, условиях контракта, системе оплаты и стимулирования труда, повышении квалификации и является фундаментом любой организации, во многом определяющим ее конкурентоспособность.

It is implemented in the process and forms of recruitment, contract terms, the system of remuneration and incentives, training and is the foundation of any organization, largely determining its competitiveness.
