В статье рассмотрены особенности размещения, формирования и развития научно-технологических парков; приведены разработанные методики обоснования выбора площадок для оптимального размещения научно-технологических парков и глубинно-осевого их развития; приведены рекомендации по формированию планировочного каркаса территории научно- технологических парков, рациональной организации транспортных и пешеходных связей.

The article discusses the features of placement, formation and development of science and technology parks; shows the developed methods of substantiating the choice of sites for the optimal placement of scientific and technological parks and the deep-axial development of scientific and technological parks; recommendations for the formation of the planning framework of the territory of science and technology parks, the rational organization of transport and pedestrian connections are given.
