| dc.description.abstract | Рассматриваются этапы становления студенческого жилья при учебных заведениях на современной территории Беларуси в разные временные периоды от семнадцатого века до наших дней. Анализируется функционально-планировочная организация разных типов студенческих «общежитий», сменявших друг друга на территории нашей страны. Изучены современные тенденции проектирования общежитий Республики Беларусь на примере студенческих городков в городах Минске и Пинске. Данное исследование позволяет выявить возможности оптимизации архитектурной среды и обосновать необходимость разработки перспективной модели общежития для студентов с учетом их потребностей в динамично развивающихся социальных, экологических и экономических реалиях жизни. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The stages of the formation of student housing at educational institutions in the modern territory of Belarus in different time periods: from retrospective to the present day are considered. The functional planning organization of student dormitories is analyzed. Modern tendencies of design of hostels are studied on the example of student campuses in the cities of Minsk and Pinsk of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of this study, aspects of optimizing the residential and public environment in student dormitories have been identified. Requirements and prerequisites for the organization of the internal space of student dormitories are formulated, and the need to develop a promising dormitory model for students based on their needs is justified. | ru |
