Abstract
В статье рассматриваются наиболее характерные примеры объектов, строившихся на средства купечества и определявших облик сибирских городов, таких как Тюмень и Ялуторовск на рубеже XIX - XX вв. Освещаются особенности архитектуры этих зданий, отражающие специфичный «купеческий» менталитет основных застройщиков города. Рассматриваемые объекты строились на средства местной купеческой династии Колмаковых и сохранились до настоящего времени.

The article discusses the most typical examples of objects that were built at the expense of merchants and determined the appearance of Siberian cities such as Tyumen and Yalutorovsk at the turn of the XIX - XX centuries. The features of the architecture of these buildings, reflecting the specific "merchant" mentality of the main developers of the city. The paper presents the review of the most significant sities of historical and cultural heritage by Kolmakov's of the late 19 and 20 centuries.
