Abstract
В статье рассматриваются особенности архитектуры новых зданий, включаемых в застройку неэффективно используемых промышленных территорий. Рекомендуемые подходы к формированию архитектуры новых объектов даются с учетом обеспечения перспективы развития и трансформации промышленных территорий и сохранения ценного исторически сложившегося архитектурного пространства города.

The paper describes the specifics of architecture of those new buildings which are put into ineffective industrial districts. Methods and tools are given to enforce future development and industrial transformation using potential of new architecture and ensuring preservation of valuable historical heritage in the urban space.
