Abstract
В статье впервые выполнена структурно-планировочная и композиционная оценка общественных центров малых городских поселений второй половины XVI – первой половины XVII в. с регулярной планировкой в средневековых традициях. Ансамбли центров формировались с учетом общеевропейской градостроительной идеологии и многообразной практики белорусского зодчества. В статье сформулирована система принципов пространственной организации общественных центров и комплексов застройки площадей.

In the article, the structural-planning and compositional evaluation of community centers of small urban settlements of the second half of the 16th - first half of the 17th century with regular planning in medieval traditions was performed for the first time. The ensembles of the centers were formed taking into account the pan-European town-planning ideology and the diverse practice of Belarusian architecture. In the article the system of principles of the spatial organization of public centers and complexes of building of the areas is formulated.
