An axially symmetric problem of loading a thick soil plate with a cylindrical aperture or a cylindrical soil pipe is solved. It is assumed, material is elastic out of a plastic strain range. A closed system of equations is constructed to detect the plastic strain range boundary for different material parameters and external loads.
