In the work by the method [3] there is considered a definition of tension in a compound the elasticplastic construction, which consists of a thick plate weakened by an elliptic aperture where an elliptic inclusion is tightly pressed. Plate and inclusion materials are described by equations o f the Ishlinsky - Pragera model [2, 4].
