In this paper analytical dependencies for the main process steps offilaments with a split bristle are established, a methodology for calculating the basic actuators and technological stages ofproduction is suggested, technological regimes are developed and physical and mechanical properties offilaments with a split pile are improved so as to increase its competitiveness in the market.
