Abstract
Рассмотрена роль виртуальной образовательной среды в подготовке специалистов для инновационной сферы, а также некоторые ее составляющие и возможные принципы ее формирования. Указано, что реальным опытом создания такой среды на сегодняшний день обладают не столько учебные структуры вузов, сколько субъекты инновационной инфраструктуры Минобразования и структуры, занятые информационно-маркетинговой деятельностью при НИЧах (НИСах) технических вузов.

Inter-University Centre for Marketing Scientific Research Work is a structural unit of the Research-and-Technological Park of BNTU “Metolit” and, at the same time, an important body of the Education Ministry infrastructure and a coordinating body for research in the field of innovations fulfilled by university and college researchers. The Centre supports educative environment in the field of innovative business, while as for virtual environment, its portal presents legislative of the Republic of Belarus in intellectual property, innovation activity etc., handbooks in innovation activity. Also, new trends in innovation activity in Russia, news concerning exhibitions in Belarus are reflected. E-directory in the field of intellectual property protection is features as well as a kind of e-newspaper that publishes scientific hot news. The e-directory of typical research contracts and the e-manual for business plan compiling are also available. The above-plotted (selected) examples illustrate the efficiency of virtual educative environment in the field of innovations innovative business that is permanently available for those who deal with the Education Ministry of Belarus. Together with the various workshops, brief courses and the educative service presented in a daily information activity of technical universities and of the subjects of innovative infrastructure of Education Ministry it comprises a sufficient permanently available educative environment in the field.
