The analytical modeling of surface acoustic wave microactuator is realized by considering it as an object of system, design, power, schematic, acoustic, mechanical, tribological and molecular scales. The characteristic of each specified modelling scales of investigated microactuator is defined and the attracted theories, analyzed models, computed schemas, solved equations are considered and the simulation program products are also given.
