Abstract
В первой четверти XXI века достигнут очередной предел роста экономического и научно-технического развития в промышленности, сформированные достижениями первой, второй и третьей промышленных революций и факторами экстенсивного роста производства. Импульс для формирования очередного этапа промышленного развития задает новая парадигма четвертой промышленной революции и шестого технологического уклада. Цель работы: провести теоретические исследования научно-технической информации, направленные на получение комплексных знаний и их систематизации по промышленно-технологической парадигме в XXI веке, выявить предпосылки цифровой трансформации, определить ее концепцию и контуры, взаимосвязь существующих концепций, технологии, вызовы и факторы развития организации на современном этапе в условиях ускоренного инновационного развития; повысить осведомленность о необходимости перехода промышленности на цифровые технологии; выявить гуманитарные смыслы и цели прогресса на современном этапе. Обозначены механизм формирования и технологии шестого технологического уклада, актуальные для цифровой трансформации промышленного производства. Рассмотрены этапы, уровни, эффект и основные вызовы при цифровой трансформации промышленного производства. Результаты выполненного исследования могут быть полезны для общего ознакомления при разработке стратегий цифровизации организаций, холдингов, которыми будет предусмотрена реализация инвестиционных проектов в рамках цифровой трансформации экономики Республики Беларусь.
Abstract in another language
In the first quarter of the 21st century, another limit of growth in economic and scientific-technical development in industry was reached, formed by the achievements of the first, second and third industrial revolutions and factors of extensive growth in production. The impetus for the formation of the next stage of industrial development is given by the new paradigm of the fourth industrial revolution and the sixth technological order. The purpose of the work: to conduct theoretical research of scientific and technical information aimed at obtaining comprehensive knowledge and its systematization according to the industrial-technological paradigm in the 21st century – to identify the prerequisites for digital transformation; to define its concept and contours, relationship of existing concepts, technologies, challenges and factors of organization development at the present stage in the conditions of accelerated innovative development; to raise awareness of need for industry to transition to digital technologies; to identify humanitarian meanings and goals of progress at the present stage. Formation mechanism and technologies of the sixth technological paradigm, relevant for digital transformation of industrial production, are outlined. The stages, levels, effects, and key challenges of digital transformation of industrial production are examined. The results of completed study may be useful for general information when developing digitalization strategies for organizations and holdings that will implement investment projects within the framework of digital transformation of the economy of the Republic of Belarus.
