Abstract
В статье рассматриваются основные принципы и подходы к обеспечению качества в строительной деятельности Республики Беларусь в контексте действующего законодательства и подчёркивается, что ключевым направлением государственной политики является внедрение проектного управления и развитие системы управления качеством в рамках реализации инвестиционных проектов.

Project management consists of using appropriate methods, tools, techniques and competencies in the implementation of a project. Project quality management includes processes and actions that define the policy, goals and areas of responsibility in the field of quality in order to meet the needs for which the project was undertaken. The project management plan is a management tool used by the project manager and his team to remove uncertainties at the stage of formalizing the investment plan and coordi-nating an action plan for making key decisions related to achieving the target parameters of the project (timeframe, budget, quality). The purpose of the project quality management plan is to ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the specified quality requirements, minimizing the risks and costs of correcting defects.
