Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of «green» construction in Russia in the context of the transition to a ‘green’ economy. The paper highlights the problem of the Russian economy's dependence on hydrocarbon exports, reveals the link between climate doctrine and the development of the construction industry, analyses international experience and Russian realities, identifies barriers to the development of green construction, and proposes measures to stimulate the industry.
