В Республике Татарстан строительный комплекс выполняет важную задачу обеспечения экономического развития региона, в нем формируется существенная доля новых рабочих мест и решаются социальные вопросы обеспечения лучшей инфраструктуры для повышения качества жизни населения региона. Поэтому актуальными для изучения являются вопросы состояния строительного комплекса Республики Татарстан и его актуальных признаков, выявленных путем сбора, обработки и анализа статистических данных и охарактеризованных в проведенном исследовании.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the construction sector plays an important role in ensuring the economic development of the region, forming a significant share of new jobs and addressing social issues by providing better infrastructure to improve the quality of life of the region's population. The object of the conducted study is the state of the construction sector in the Republic of Tatarstan. The aim of the study is to examine the current characteristics of the construction sector, identified through the collection, processing, and analysis of statistical data for the Republic of Tatarstan. The study of individual aspects of the development of the construction sector has been addressed in the works of M.I. Kamenetsky, R.B. Akzhanova, and M.A. Kozonova; however, the issue of the impact of the state of the construction sector on the region's economy requires more detailed investigation.
