Abstract
В статье рассматривается роль и значение информационных систем управления проектами на основе технологии информационного моделирования зданий (BIM) в строительной отрасли. Освещены ключевые преимущества внедрения BIM-технологий, включая повышение эффективности проектирования, оптимизацию взаимодействия участников строительства и снижение рисков инвестиционных проектов. Особое внимание уделено развитию BIM в Республике Беларусь и вопросам интеграции цифровых решений в управление строительными процессами.
Abstract in another language
The article examines the role and significance of information project management systems based on building information modeling technology (BIM) in the construction industry. The key advantages of implementing BIM technologies are highlighted, including improving the efficiency of design, optimizing the interaction of construction partic-ipants, and reducing the risks of investment projects. Special attention is paid to the development of BIM in the Republic of Belarus and the integration of digital solutions into the management of construction processes.
