Abstract
В статье рассматривается значение строительного комплекса для экономики и общества, а также актуальные проблемы кадрового обеспечения данной сферы. Строительный комплекс играет ключевую роль в развитии экономики и инфраструктуры страны. Однако в последние годы наблюдается острый дефицит молодых специалистов в строительстве. В работе подчеркивается необходимость совершенствования кадровой политики, повышение привлекательности строительной профессии. Цель данного исследования – выявить причины, по которым выпускники не стремятся работать в строительстве, и определить возможные пути решения этой проблемы. Привлечение специалистов-практиков в учебный процесс и формирование системы профессиональной адаптации молодых инженеров позволит укрепить кадровый потенциал и обеспечить устойчивое развитие строительного комплекса в условиях современной экономики.

The article discusses the importance of the construction industry for the economy and society, as well as the current challenges in staffing this sector. The construction industry plays a crucial role in the development of the country's economy and infrastructure. However, there has been a significant shortage of young professionals in the construction industry in recent years. The article emphasizes the need to improve the recruitment policies and make the construction profession more attractive. The goal of this research is to identify the reasons why graduates are not interested in working in the construction industry and to propose possible solutions to this problem. The involvement of practicing specialists in the educational process and the creation of a system for professional adaptation of young engineers will help to strengthen the human resources potential and ensure the sustainable development of the construction sector in the modern economy.
