Abstract
In recent decades, management practices have changed because of global markets and swift digital changes. Business Process Modeling (BPM) is a helpful method for making modern groups more efficient and open, and for better integration. This study looks at how BPM can help improve international management in Iranian industries. It talks about the basic ideas, tech tools, and management results of using BPM in growing economies. The results show that combining BPM with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) allows Iranian companies to boost flexibility, decision-making, and global competition. Groups can improve their digital readiness, bring together cross-cultural teams, and improve international teamwork by modeling and studying business processes.
