Abstract
The study analyzes economic risk security and institutional mechanism of China-Belarus inter-industrial regional complexes (China-Belarus Industrial Park…), its problems, such as unclarity of responsibilities for cross-industrial risk, weakness of cross border cooperation and so on. The proposal guarantees the complex’s development through a “cross-industry coordination + cross-border linkage” optimization path.
