Abstract

As a form of communicative behaviour, argumentation constitutes a vital subject within linguistic and cultural studies. Possessing complex classifications and structures, it serves as a paramount means of intellectual exchange, aiding in the identification, formulation, and resolution of specific scientific problems. Through textual analysis of literary works and other materials, this study systematically interprets the characteristics and strategies of verbal and non-verbal communicative behaviour within the context of contentious discourse. It provides valuable reference points for further research into communicative behaviour and communicative situations and contributes to fostering cultural exchange between China and Belarus.
