Abstract
To support the training of students in operating an X-ray laboratory, a digital twin of the laboratory facility will be developed. The digital twin will reproduce the functional capabilities of the X-ray equipment and simulate the complete workflow of an X-ray experiment. Access to the digital twin will be provided via the Internet as well as from workstation computers located in student laboratories. The simulation framework will be based on real experimental data obtained from an operational X-ray laboratory, ensuring a high degree of fidelity between the virtual model and actual experimental conditions.
