Abstract
The analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of operation, as well as the scheduled preventive maintenance of cone crushers of large crushing is carried out. A method for monitoring the condition of armor plate using a 3D scanner is proposed. An innovative solution has been developed to replace individual armor plates with two solid armor rings along the lower cords of a stationary crushing bowl.
