Рассматривается применение методов цифровой обработки сигналов для контроля корректности функционирования акселерометров, используемых в системах автоматизированного мониторинга. Приведены критерии диагностики деградации сенсоров и результаты экспериментальных исследований.

Sensors based on semiconductors with intrinsic photoconductivity slightly doped with deep impurities which for several levels with different charge states could be used to solve many tasks of optical diagnostics. Peculiarities of physical processes of the operation of such sensors make it possible to create photodetectors with different functionality. A new measurement procedure is proposed which utilizes several features of physical properties and characteristic curves of such sensors.
