Abstract
Разработан новый метод формирования покрытий из диоксида титана прямым осаждением из ионного пучка. Исследовано влияние парциального давления кислорода на характеристики покрытий. Установлено, что увеличение давления кислорода приводило к росту оптического пропускания, коэффициента преломления и износостойкости покрытий.
