Предлагается обоснование и применение адаптированной методологии FMEA в качестве основного аналитического инструмента для решения задачи поиска и количественной оценки не рисков, а операционных потерь.

This report focuses on analyzing the main areas, advantages, and challenges of implementing digital technologies in supervisory activities in the food industry.
