Abstract
Анализируются процессы развития функциональной структуры центральной зоны г. Гомеля. В результате поэтапного анализа размещения объектов общественного обслуживания были определены зоны их максимальных концентраций и закономерности распределения видов деятельности в зависимости от градостроительной ситуации и функционального соседства.

The processes of development of the functional structure of the central zone of Gomel are analyzed. As a result of a step-by-step analysis of the location of public service facilities, the zones of their maximum concentrations and patterns of distribution of types of activity were determined depending on the urban planning situation and functional neighborhood.
