Abstract
В статье рассматриваются проблемы реновации и подходы к трансформации застройки бывших промышленных территорий. Предлагаются рекомендации по решению задач сохранения архитектурного облика объектов индустриального наследия и выбору оптимальных приемов формирования архитектуры промышленных зданий на основе выявления их новой роли в архитектурном пространстве.

The article discusses the problems of renovation and approaches to the transformation of the former industrial buildings. Recommendations are proposed to meet the challenges of preserving the architectural appearance of industrial heritage objects and choosing optimal methods for the formation of the architecture of industrial buildings based on the identification of their new role in the architectural space.
