Abstract
В статье рассматривается архитектурно-планировочная трансформация библиотек Беларуси в контексте глобального развития информационных технологий на рубеже XX–XXI вв. Излагаются временные периоды становления информационных систем и сервисов, в этом аспекте проанализирована белорусская практика развития библиотечных учреждений на примере центральных районных библиотек Минской области. Представлены результаты исследования, на основании которых предложены критерии классификации рассматриваемых библиотек, их типология и система маркировки с целью определения оптимальной стратегии модернизации существующего фонда библиотечных зданий.
Abstract in another language
The article examines the architectural and planning transformation of libraries in Belarus in the context of the global development of information technology at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. The time periods of the formation of information systems and services are outlined, and in this aspect the Belarusian practice of developing library institutions is analyzed using the example of central district libraries in the Minsk region. The results of the study are presented, on the basis of which criteria for the classification of the libraries under consideration, their typology and marking system are proposed in order to determine the optimal strategy for modernizing the existing collection of library buildings.
