| dc.description.abstract | Строительная отрасль является одной из основных отраслей экономики, где процесс определения стоимости играет важную роль. Учитывая большую капиталоемкость и длительность инвестиционного цикла, важно стремиться к повышению точности оценки стоимости строительства, поскольку даже небольшое отклонение может привести к значительным отклонениям вабсолютном выражении. Поэтому прогнозирование стоимости строительства играет важную роль в обеспечении достоверности финансовых планов и бюджетов строительных проектов. Важным инструментом прогнозирования являются индексы, которые используются при заключении контрактов на строительные работы. Они служат для корректировки сметной стоимости и расчетов за выполненные строительно-монтажные работы, участвуя в формировании твёрдых договорных цен и помогают избежать споров и разногласий между заказчиками и подрядными организациями, так как предусматривают механизм корректировки стоимости строительства, учитывающий инфляцию и конъюнктуру рынка. | ru |
