Psychology of labor relations: the influence of the nature of communication and interaction on staff productivity
Abstract
В данной статье анализирует вопрос, связанный с созданием здорового психологического климата коллектива организации. Особое внимание уделяется влияния стилей общения и форм взаимодействия между членами коллектива на их продуктивность и удовлетворенность работой. В заключительной части статьи авторы формулирует рекомендации, которые, по их мнению, способны улучшить взаимоотношений между сотрудниками организации и повысить социально-психологический климат организации. Помимо этого, авторами подчеркивается актуальность вопроса оптимизации процессов общения и взаимодействия персонала в целях повышения эффективности работы команды.

This article analyzes the issue related to the creation of a healthy psychological climate in the organization's team. Particular attention is paid to the influence of communication styles and forms of interaction between team members on their productivity and job satisfaction. In the final part of the article, the authors formulate recommendations that, in their opinion, can improve relationships between employees of the organization and increase the socio-psychological climate of the organization. In addition, the authors emphasize the relevance of the issue of optimizing the processes of communication and interaction of personnel in order to improve the efficiency of the team.
