Abstract
В статье рассматриваются определения и содержание понятия «управлению конкурентоспособностью предприятия», описываются функции управления конкурентоспособностью промышленного предприятия. Далее приводятся проблемы в управлении конкурентоспособностью промышленного предприятия и рассматриваются инновационные подходы к управлению, как возможное решение выявленных проблем.

The article discusses the definitions and content of the concept of «enterprise competitiveness management», describes the functions of managing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise. The following are the problems in managing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise and innovative management approaches are considered as a possible solution to the identified problems.
