Labor resources of the construction industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Abstract
В работе раскрыто текущее состояние развития Республики Узбекистан, роль и место строительного сектора в экономике. Рассмотрение дифференциации заработной платы в зависимости от уровня квалификации и трудовых функций позволило сделать ввод о том, что квалифицированные специалисты, занятые в строительстве, получают заработную плату, сопоставимую с финансовым сектором, сферой страхования, информации и связи.

The paper reveals the current state of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the role and place of the construction sector in the economy. Consideration of the differentiation of wages depending on the level of qualification and labor functions allowed us to conclude that qualified specialists employed in construction receive wages comparable to the financial sector, insurance, information and communications.
