Abstract
Возрастание роли реального сектора экономики в обеспечении устойчивых темпов экономического роста и национальной безопасности страны требует нового подхода к подготовке и переподготовке инженерных кадров. Инженерная экономика, охватывающая экономические вопросы технической сферы деятельности обеспечивает инновационное развитие предприятий, отраслей, комплексов. В современной России сложились объективные условия, требующие восстановить в высшей школе российского строительного образования взаимосвязь экономической подготовки с инженерной.

The increasing role of the real sector of the economy in ensuring sustainable economic growth and national security of the country requires a new approach to the training and retraining of engineering personnel. Engineering economics should apply economic principles in the analysis of engineering solutions, certainly including innovative solutions. In modern Russia, objective conditions have developed that require the restoration of the relationship between economic and engineering training in the higher school of Russian construction education.
