Abstract
Строительство играет важную роль в экономическом развитии страны и повышении жизненного уровня ее граждан. В настоящее время строительный комплекс не стоит на месте и активно развивается благодаря интеграции современных технологий и инновационных решений. Настоящая статья посвящена исследованию действующих теорий и концепций технологической развития, выявлению актуальных направлений становления строительной отрасли, а также определению основных технологий, внедряемых в строительный комплекс.

Construction plays an important role in the economic development of the country and the improvement of the living standards of its citizens. Currently, the construction industry does not stand still and is actively developing due to the integration of modern technologies and innovative solutions. This article is dedicated to the study of current theories and concepts of technological development, the identification of current trends in the formation of the construction industry, as well as the definition of the main technologies being introduced into the construction industry.
