Structure of the estimated cost of construction and installation works for the installation of video surveillance at sites subject to mandatory protection
Abstract
Видеонаблюдение – одна из неотъемлемых составляющих структуры систем безопасности, позволяющих осуществлять визуальный контроль над обстановкой в помещениях и на прилегающих территориях. В данной статье рассмотрена структура сметной стоимости строительно-монтажных работ по устройству видеонаблюдения на объектах, подлежащих охране, а также определен вес элементов в структуре стоимости. Сделан вывод о том, что в структуре стоимости доминирующую роль играют затраты на оборудование (50,69 %), в то время как доля заработной платы в среднем составляет 8,39 %. Отмечено, что для повышения доступности этих работ для организаций учреждений образования в стоимость строительства не включается прибыль и налог на добавленную стоимость, что оказывает существенно влияние на снижение стоимости работ.

Video surveillance is one of the integral components of the security system structure, allowing for visual control over the situation in the premises and adjacent territories. This article examines the structure of the estimated cost of construction and installation works on the installation of video surveillance at facilities subject to protection, and also determines the weight of elements in the cost structure. It is concluded that the dominant role in the cost structure is played by equipment costs (50.69%), while the share of wages averages 8.39%. It is noted that in order to increase the availability of these works for educational institutions, profit and value added tax are not included in the cost of construction, which has a significant impact on reducing the cost of the works.
