| dc.description.abstract | Данная статья посвящена теоретическим и организационным аспектам проведения таможенной политики Республики Беларусь в рамках Евразийского экономического союза. В ней был рассмотрен ряд вопросов, касающихся участия страны в данном интеграционном объединении. В частности, была определена роль Республики Беларусь в процессе осуществления евразийской интеграции, выделены основные преимущества, приобретаемые сторонами от взаимного сотрудничества, а также существенные недостатки, явившиеся следствием так называемых конфликтов интересов. В статье описана сущность единой таможенной политики Союза, проанализирована степень влияния евразийской интеграции на непосредственный процесс формирования таможенной политики Республики Беларусь. Основное внимание было уделено аспектам, касающихся возникающих в процессе осуществления евразийской интеграции противоречий, которые могут быть разрешены в том числе в результате проведения различных переговоров и заключения соответствующих соглашений, учитывающих взаимные интересы всех стран–участников. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | This article is devoted to the theoretical and organizational aspects of the implementation of the customs policy of the Republic of Belarus within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. It considered a number of issues related to the country's participation in this integration association. In particular, the role of the Republic of Belarus in the process of Eurasian integration was determined, the main advantages gained by the parties from mutual cooperation, as well as significant shortcomings resulting from the so –called conflicts of interest, were highlighted. The article describes the essence of the unified customs policy of the Union, analyzes the degree of influence of Eurasian integration on the direct process of formation of the customs policy of the Republic of Belarus. The main attention was paid to aspects related to the contradictions arising in the process of implementing the Eurasian integration, which can be resolved, inter alia, as a result of various negotiations and the conclusion of relevant agreements that take into account the mutual interests of all participating countries. | ru |
