Abstract
Статья посвящена развитию теоретических основ феномена экономической модернизации. Под последней предложено процесс количественных и качественных технико-технологических, институциональных, организационно-управленческих преобразований системы (предприятия, отрасли, промышленного комплекса и т. д.) и ее подсистем с целью обеспечения устойчивой конкурентоспособности, реализуемый за счет адаптационного потенциала системы к изменениям внешней динамичной среды и одновременно являющийся импульсом для ее трансформации. Рассмотрены составляющие экономической модернизации. Показано, что экономическая модернизация основывается на замене живого труда механизированным, автоматизированным и роботизированным и включает в себя сопутствующую этим процессам трансформацию трудовых отношений. Сделан вывод, что экономическая модернизация на основе роботизации является принципиально новым этапом развития производительных сил.

The article is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of economic modernization. According the results of the research, the economic modernization is a process of quantitative and qualitative technical and technological, institutional, organizational and managerial transformations of the system (enterprise, industry, industrial complex, etc.) and its subsystems in order to ensure sustainable competitiveness, implemented through the adaptive potential of the system to changes in the external dynamic environment and at the same time serving as an impulse for its transformation. The components of economic modernization are considered. It is shown that economic modernization is based on the replacement of live labour with mechanized, automated and robotic labour and includes the accompanying transformation of labour relations. It is concluded that economic modernization based on robotization is a fundamentally new stage in the development of productive Forces.
