Methodological basis of classification of material resources at the enterprises
Abstract
В статье представлены методические основы классификации материальных ресурсов, позволяющие выработать индивидуальный подход к управлению группами запасов материальных ресурсов в условиях многономенклатурной системы снабжения. Предложены девять классификационных признаков, позволяющих разделить поток материальных ресурсов на группы, для каждой из которых выбрать оптимальную линию поведения в области управления запасами в соответствии со стратегией развития предприятия.

The article presents a methodological basis of classification of material resources, which makes it possible to develop an individual strategic approach to managing groups of stocks of material resources in conditions of a multinomenclature supply system. Proposed nine classification features that allow to divide the flow of material resources into groups, for each of which to choose the optimal behavior in the field of inventory management in accordance with the strategy of enterprise development.
