Abstract
Сегодня в области пространственной трансформации промышленных объектов в мировой практике накоплен определенный практический опыт. В то же время, для разных стран характерны свои приемы и подходы к реорганизации, связанные с местными особенностями развития промышленности. В статье рассматриваются предпосылки трансформации производственных объектов и возможности использования зарубежного опыта в Беларуси в контексте общемировых процессов.

Today, certain practical experience has been accumulated in the field of transformation of industrial facilities in world practice. At the same time, different countries have their own methods and approaches to reorganization, related to the local characteristics of industrial development. The article discusses the pre-requisites for the transformation of production facili-ties and the possibility of using foreign experience in Belarus in the context of global processes.
