Abstract
С каждым годом ступени становятся круче, дорога длиннее и утомительнее, а время сжимается в спираль. С возрастом человек быстрее устает, приобретает боязнь спускаться по лестнице, не держась за поручень. Ему становится труднее забраться в маршрутку или электричку, если там высокая ступенька. При ходьбе он чаще нуждается в отдыхе с возможностью посидеть. Его все больше раздражает шум улицы, яркий свет, недостаток свежего воздуха. В статье рассмотрены базовые понятия универсального дизайна, описаны критерии и частные приемы обеспечения доступности элементов пространства, используемые архитекторами в своей профессиональной деятельности.
Abstract in another language
Every year, the steps of the stairs become steeper, the road is longer and more tiring, and time is compressed into a spiral. With age, a person gets tired faster and becomes afraid to go down the stairs without holding the handrail. It becomes more difficult for him to climb into a minibus or train if there are high steps. When walking, he often needs rest with the opportunity to sit. He is increasingly annoyed by street noise, bright light, and lack of fresh air. The article discusses the basic concepts of universal design and describes specific techniques for ensuring the accessibility of environment elements used by architects in their professional activities.
