Abstract
Сформулированы принципы макроэкономического регулирования защиты национальных интересов. С этой целью обоснована необходимость агрегирования интересов акторов макроэкономических отношений на уровне социальных макрогрупп (СМГ). Разработана классификация экономических интересов СМГ, включающая: бюджетные, кредитные, ценоформирующие и институциональные интересы. Обоснован вывод о необходимости согласования, а не принудительного диспаритетного удовлетворения интересов акторов экономических отношений. Рекомендовано разногласия между СМГ решать с помощью бюджетно-налоговых, денежно-кредитных, антимонопольных и институциональных инструментов, являющихся составными элементами макроэкономической политики.
Abstract in another language
The principles of macroeconomic regulation for the protection of national interests are formulated. For this purpose, the necessity of aggregating the interests of actors of macroeconomic relations at the level of social macro groups (SMG) is justified. The classification of economic interests of SMGs was developed, including: budgetary, credit, priceforming and institutional interests. The conclusion about the necessity of harmonisation rather than forced disparate satisfaction of the interests of the actors of economic relations is substantiated. It is recommended to resolve disagreements between SMGs by means of fiscal, monetary, anti-monopoly and institutional instruments, which are constituent elements of macroeconomic policy.
