Abstract
Статья посвящена исследованию методов оценки негативного воздействия онкологических заболеваний на экономику страны. Установлено, что оценка экономического бремени заболеваний является важным показателем для решения актуальных задач в области управления здравоохранением, в числе которых обоснование расходов на разработку и внедрение программ скрининга и ранней диагностики злокачественных новообразований и установка приоритетов развития системы здравоохранения. Определено понятие «экономическое бремя заболевания». Проанализированы существующие методы оценки негативного воздействия злокачественных новообразований на национальную экономику, в числе которых метод стоимости болезни и метод, оценивающий влияние заболеваний на экономический рост. Определены преимущества и недостатки каждого из указанных методов.

The article is devoted to the research of methods for assessing of the negative impact of oncological diseases on the country's economy. It is established that the assessment of the economic burden of diseases is an important indicator for solving urgent problems in the field of health management, including justifying the costs of developing and implementing programs for screening and early diagnosis of malignant neoplasms and setting priorities for the development of the health system. The concept of "economic burden of the disease" is defined. The existing methods of assessing the negative impact of malignant neoplasms on the national economy are analyzed, including the disease cost method and the method assessing the impact of diseases on economic growth. The advantages and disadvantages of each of these methods are identified.
