Abstract
Целью данной статьи является рассмотрение теоретических аспектов концепции «Университет 3.0» и путей ее реализации в Республике Беларусь. Рассмотрена политика Республики Беларусь по созданию благоприятных условий для применения данной модели в белорусских высших учебных заведениях.
