Abstract
Показана трансформация зеленой повестки в контексте новой регионализации в направлении ослабления влияния на этот процесс англосаксонской идеологии, выражающейся сегодня в парадигме рандомизма, который представляет собой очередную попытку отвлечь внимание научного сообщества, политических и общественных организаций, социума в целом от хищнической эксплуатации человека и природы в интересах классов крупных частных собственников стран золотого миллиарда. Раскрыта зависимость развития зеленой экономики от цивилизационных, культурных, экономических и демографических особенностей стран. Установлено, что цивилизационные, культурные, экономические и демографические особенности стран и регионов начинают оказывать все большее влияние на формы, цели и инструменты реализуемой в этих странах зеленой повестки по мере роста их национальной, культурной и экономической независимости в условиях формирования и развития социально-ориентированных государств.
Abstract in another language
The article shows the transformation of the green agenda in the context of new regionalization in the direction of weakening the influence of Anglo-Saxon ideology on this process. This ideology expressed today in the paradigm of randomism, which is another attempt to divert the attention of the scientific community, political and public organizations, society from the predatory exploitation of human and nature in the interests of the classes of large private owners of the countries of the golden billion. The dependence of the development of the green economy on the civilizational, cultural, economic and demographic characteristics of countries is revealed. It has been established that the civilizational, cultural, economic and demographic characteristics of countries and regions are beginning to have an increasing influence on the forms, goals and tools of the green agenda implemented in countries as their national, cultural and economic independence grows in the context of the formation and development of socially oriented states.
