Abstract
Представлены результаты оценки технико-экономического состояния водопроводно-канализационного хозяйства Республики Беларусь. Выявлены основные этапы проведения «бенчмаркинга». Проведен анализ зарубежного опыта использования «бенчмаркинга» для оценки эффективности деятельности предприятий ВКХ в странах Евросоюза. Разработана система ключевых показателей для оценки эффективности деятельности отечественных предприятий (подразделений) ВКХ, включающая три информационно-аналитических блока. Выявлены основные результаты от внедрения отраслевого «бенчмаркинга» для оценки эффективности производственно-хозяйственной деятельности предприятий (подразделений) ВКХ Республики Беларусь.

The results of the assessment of the technical and economic state of the water supply and sanitation sector of the Republic of Belarus are presented. The main stages of the “benchmarking” are introduced. The foreign experience “benchmarking” usage analysis is held to assess the effectiveness of the WSS enterprises activities in the countries of the European Union. A system of key indicators has been developed for assessing the effectiveness of the activities of domestic enterprises (divisions) of the WSS, including three information and analytical units. The main results of the introduction of industry “benchmarking” to assess the effectiveness of production and economic activities of enterprises (divisions) of the WSS of the Republic of Belarus are identified.
