Abstract
Статья рассматривает важную роль программы «Агрегатор инновационных идей» в контексте поиска заказчиков и содействия реализации инновационных проектов в Союзном государстве. Программа представляет собой виртуальную платформу, объединяющую инноваторов, стартапы и исследователей с потенциальными заказчиками и инвесторами. Статья подробно рассматривает процесс генерации инноваций и как данная платформа облегчает его. Также описываются особенности веб-приложения, используемого в рамках программы, и преимущества веб-приложений в контексте электронной коммерции. Программа «Агрегатор инновационных идей» является мощным инструментом, способствующим развитию инновационной экосистемы, укреплению бизнеса, науки и образования, а также повышению конкурентоспособности на глобальном рынке. Целью работы является анализ вклада программы в процессы инновационной деятельности и развития бизнеса. В рамках статьи рассматриваются следующие задачи: изучение структуры и функционала программы «Агрегатор инновационных идей» с акцентом на облегчении взаимодействия между инноваторами и потенциальными заказчиками и инвесторами; анализ особенностей веб-приложения, используемого в рамках программы, и его роли в обеспечении эффективной электронной коммерции; рассмотрение воздействия программы на развитие инновационной экосистемы, укрепление бизнеса, а также научных и образовательных инициатив в Союзном государстве. Статья освещает важные аспекты роли и влияния программы «Агрегатор инновационных идей» на различные аспекты экономического и социального развития Союзного государства.

The article examines the significant role of the “Innovation Idea Aggregator” program in the context of client acquisition and the facilitation of innovative project implementation within the Union State. The program functions as a virtual platform that brings together innovators, startups, and researchers with potential clients and investors. The article provides a detailed analysis of the innovation generation process and how this platform streamlines it. Additionally, it outlines the characteristics of the web application used in the program and highlights the advantages of web applications in the realm of electronic commerce. The “Innovation Idea Aggregator” program serves as a powerful instrument contributing to the development of the innovation ecosystem, bolstering business, science, education, and enhancing global competitiveness. The main objective of this work is to analyze the program's impact on the processes of innovation and business development. The article addresses the following tasks. An examination of the structure and functionality of the “Innovation Idea Aggregator” program, with an emphasis on simplifying interactions between innovators and potential clients and investors. An analysis of the features of the web application used within the program and its role in facilitating effective electronic commerce. An exploration of the program's influence on the development of the innovation ecosystem, he strengthening of businesses, as well as scientific and educational initiatives within the Union State. The article sheds light on crucial aspects of the role and impact of the “Innovation Idea Aggregator” program on various aspects of economic and social development within the Union State.
