New approaches to construction project management and their use in the educational process
Abstract
Проведен анализ основных методов и подходов к управлению строительными проектами. Рассмотрены особенности метода критической цепи в рамках теории ограничений систем (ТОС). Проанализированы возможность использования методов Last Planner (Последний планировщик) в рамках «бережливого строительства». Предлагается внести ряд изменений в процесс обучения основам управления проектами для возможности решения практических задач в строительных организациях.

The analysis of the main methods and approaches to the management of construction projects is carried out. The features of the critical chain method in the framework of the theory of system constraints (CBT) are considered. The possibility of using the Last Planner methods in the framework of "lean construction" is analyzed. It is proposed to make a number of changes to the process of learning the basics of project management in order to be able to solve practical problems in construction organiza-tions.
