Methodology for assessing the effectiveness of digital technologies in construction
Abstract
Цифровизация строительства является неотъемлемой часть прогресса, что требует системной оценки эффективности используемых или планируемых к использованию цифровых технологий. В работе определена специфика, отличающая строительную отрасль от других на пути к ее цифровизации. Оценка эффективности цифровых технологий в строительстве определена как сочетание управленческих и экономических методов на трех стадиях цифровизации: предвнедрения, внедрение и поствнедрения цифровой технологии. Для каждого этапа определена последовательность набора методов, позволяющая оценить эффективность процесса. Авторская методика оценки эффективности цифровых технологий в строительстве позволяет на любом этапе развития цифровизации оценить варианты цифровых технологий и пройти процесс его внедрения в строительные организации заказчика, проектировщика, генподрядчика, подрядчика или органов государственного контроля.

Digitalization of construction is an integral part of progress, which requires a systematic assessment of the effectiveness of digital technologies used or planned for use. The work identifies the specifics that distinguish the construction industry from others on the path to its digitalization. Assessing the effectiveness of digital technologies in construction is defined as a combination of management and economic methods at three stages of digitalization: pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation of software. For each stage, a sequence of a set of methods is defined that allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of the process. The author's methodology for assessing the effectiveness of digital technologies in construction allows at any stage of digitalization development to evaluate software options and go through the process of its implementation in the construction organizations of the customer, designer, general contractor, subcontractor or government control authorities.
