Using the opportunities of the information management system for managing risks in energy
Abstract
В статье рассмотрена структура энергосистемы Республики Беларусь и возможности ее реформирования. Проанализированы принципиальные отличия рынка энергии от рынков других товаров. Выделены наиболее значимые для энергетики четыре группы рисков: производственно-технологические, природно-экологические, организационно-управленческие и предпринимательские. Предложена модель управленческого учета по центрам ответственности, что будет способствовать получению информационной базы, необходимой для определения стратегии и планирования будущих операций организации; контроля ее текущей деятельности; оптимизации использования ресурсов; формирования обоснованного энерготарифа, оценки эффективности деятельности.

In article the structure of a power supply system of Republic of Belarus and an opportunity is considered by her reformirovaniye. Fundamental differences of the market of energy from the markets of other goods are analysed. Four groups of risks, most significant for power, are allocated: production and technological, natural and ecological, organizational and administrative and enterprise. The model of management accounting on the centers of responsibility is offered that will promote obtaining the information base necessary for definition of strategy and planning of future operations of the organization; control of her current activity; optimization of use of resources; formations of a reasonable energy tariff, assessment of efficiency of activity.
